LOGGING TRUCK LOADS and 4-CORD LOG LOADS
If you like the idea of saving some hard-earned money and cutting up your own firewood, here are
some great options!
LOGGING TRUCK LOADS: Many people find this convenient if they need a large quantity of
wood, if they are outside our normal firewood delivery areas, or if they want to split a load with a
neighbor or friend. These are delivered by a logging truck that has the capability to off-load the
logs at your location; however, keep in mind the size of a logging truck when scheduling a
delivery; you must have quite a bit of room for these big trucks to maneuver.
Logging truck loads are sold as "long" or "short" loads and are delivered by the loaded weight of
the truck, so please note, there is never a guaranteed cord count associated with these loads. A
long load will generally contain about 10-12 cords of wood; a short load is generally 7.5-10 cords.
Again, please note that these are estimates, as they are loaded to the legal limit of weight for the
trucks, so heavier woods will get to maximum weight sooner than lighter woods, and cord count
will change accordingly.

LOGGING TRUCK LOAD FREIGHT: Prices above are for the load of wood only. Freight is
charged separately by our logging truck drivers; therefore, for each load, we will need to get a
freight quote to your delivery address. Freight ranges from $250.00-$475.00 per load for most
Coeur d'Alene/Spokane areas. Please call the office at 208-773-2202 to request a freight quote.
4-CORD LOG LOADS: A convenient, smaller load of short logs that averages, but isn't
guaranteed to be, about 4 cords of firewood These also require a freight quote to your address, so
please call the office for freight questions.
